TOUR ITINERARY

DAY 01 : AIRPORT/COLOMBO
Meet on your arrival with garlands transfer to Colombo city hotel. After check in at hotel free for shopping at Petah
bazaar area of Colombo hotel will be Grand Orintal 3* or  Hilton Colombo 5* or Kingbury hotel 5*. Overnight at hotel

DAY 02 : COLOMBO/ SIGIRIYA or KANDALAMA
Morning after breakfast city tour of Colombo. Colombo is a busy and vibrant city with a mixture of modern
life and remnants of a old colonial era. Due to its large harbor and its strategic position along the East-West sea
trade routes, Colombo was known to ancient traders 2,000 years ago. It became capital of Sri Lanka when Sri Lanka became part
British Empire in 1815. On this tour you will visit many of the historical, religious and commercial sites of Colombo
including the historic and bustling Fort and Pettah, the elite residential Cinnamon Gardens, the Galle Face Green,
Viharamahadevi Park and much more.

Afternoon check out of the hotel and transfer to Sigiriya or Kandalama Overnight stay at Hotel in Sigiriya or Kandalama

DAY 03 : SIGIRIYA, KANDALAMA/HABARANA/SIGIRIYA, KANDALAMA
After an early breakfast proceed on an excursion to see the Sigiriya Rock Fortress Climb the 5th century Sigiriya Rock fortress which is a UNESCO world heritage site and was built by King Kashyapa (477-495). The spectacular citadel of Sigiriya rises sheer and impregnable out of the plains of the dry zone. It is a remarkable archaeological site made unforgettable by its dramatic setting. The rock was the innermost stronghold of a 70 hectare fortified town. A moat, rampart and extensive gardens including the renowned water gardens ring the base of the rock. Visit the world-renowned frescoes of the 'Heavenly Maidens' of Sigiriya, which are in a sheltered pocket of the rock approached by a spiral stairway.

Afternoon proceed to Habarana in order to experience an Elephant Back Safari. This would take you through the jungles of Habarana and also cross a water tank Evening Return to Hotel Overnight stay at Hotel in Sigiriya or Kandalama

DAY 04 : SIGIRIYA, KANDALAMA/KANDY
After breakfast drive to Kandy, visit a Spice garden en route. In Kandy Enjoy a sightseeing tour of city which is a UNESCO world heritage site. The historic city about 480m above sea level surrounded by mountains was known to Sri Lankan as Kanda Uda Rata, which means the hill country. Kandy was home to Sri Lanka's last independent Kingdom, which survived two centuries of colonial incursion before finally falling to the British at the beginning of the nineteenth century. Visit the Temple of the tooth, the royal Botanical Gardens, and the Peradeniya University campus. Also enjoy a panoramic view of Kandy from upper lake drive.

Kandy is also famous for its shopping, gems and jewellery, handicrafts, batiks, silks etc. And you will have the opportunity of browsing to your heart's content. Early evening, you will visit a Kandyan Dance performance and be treated to a spectacular fire walking finale. Overnight stay at a hotel in Kandy

DAY 05 : KANDY NUWARA ELIYA ADAMS PEAK
According to records Admiral Zheng brought the gifts for the Buddhist temple at Adam's peak we will climb the peak today with guide and return to the hotel early in the morning Overnight at hotel.

Day 06 KANDY/GALLE
After breakfast proceed to the port city of Galle visiting The port of Hambantota built and managed by Chinese Overnight stay
at a Hotel in Galle

DAY 07 : GALLE
Morning Explore the town of Galle this town had been visited by Chinese explorers. It is also a good place for Shopping and entertainment Overnight at hotel.

Day 08 Transfer to airport for flight to home
